If your songs are organized in folders by album, the Zune will look for a file called "Folder.jpg" or "AlbumArt.jpg", and it will display that as the album art image. If that's working, then there is no reason to do anything. However, if you don't your files organized, or if you have moved files between folders, then you probably will have a problem. So, assuming you have a problem, go to the top level folder in which music is stored (e.g., if you store everything in "C:\Music", go to "C:\Music" in a command prompt).
